We’ll take a walking tour to view oak woodland, oak savanna, open prairie, and wetland habitats that are being restored. Both beavers and western pond turtles are present in the wetlands. This property also contains native Ponderosa pine but is generally unsuitable for growing Douglas fir.

Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF) stewardship forester Justin White will describe assistance programs available for small woodland owners.
