28th annual event coming Feb. 4 to the Linn Fair and Expo Center
You can now download and pre-order seedlings or the 2023 Linn County Small Woodlands Association annual seedling sale, using the order form at the bottom of this page.
Once again, we have a great selection of bare root and plug seedlings this year, most of them natives! We are offering conifers, deciduous trees, shrubs, and native wildflowers.
Proceeds from our sale continue to fund the chapter’s forestry-related college scholarships, 4-H scholarships and other programs that promote forest and natural resource education. In the past three years alone, we have awarded more than $20,000 to our outstanding college scholars and 4-H students.
The Local Woods Fair, held in conjunction with our seedling sale, will return with vendors selling wood-related products and organizations willing to talk about resources they have available, ways to help manage your woodland property, or just share their knowledge.

For best selection, availability, and peace of mind (yours and ours), we encourage you to pre-order your seedlings early.
Some 840 past customers have been sent ordering packets by email or through the postal service.
Our pre-order deadline is January 21, 2023. Mail your order form with your check or money order to the address on the form.
Please be aware that plant selection and size is subject to nursery growing conditions and weather and may change after this notice goes out. We’ll strive to keep you informed of any changes.
