About the Event

Registration is required by Monday March 31.
Contact Crystal Kelso at crystal.kelso@oregonstate.edu  or 541-730-3539 to register.
A sack lunch will be provided.
The walking tour will be mostly on roads. There is one stretch toward the end of the tour that might be difficult for some people due to steepness and length.

This 50-acre tree farm is located on the back side of Ridgeway Butte northeast of Lebanon. Owner Greg Harty has done a remarkable job restoring a damaged stream-bed, controlling noxious weeds, and integrating cattle grazing with oak restoration and timber management.

See our news post for more information.

Bring your binoculars! We expect to see many native songbirds.

Parking for the event is immediately adjacent to Richie Ranch Lane, about one mile from Brewster Road on Golden Valley Drive.
